OTTO Health is a Telehealth startup based in Boulder, CO. We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our growing team. Our mission is to transform healthcare by changing the way providers and their patients communicate. By making video visits easy and attractive, we can help reduce costs, improve care, and make healthcare more convenient for everyone.
We just won an enormous contract and now we need to perform. We are seeking a business analyst that will enhance our team by gathering product feedback from our users, prospective customers, and teammates and turning it into thorough requirements for our development team.
Role Summary: Business Analyst
This role is based out of our office in Boulder, CO
We are looking for an ambitious self-starter with a high attention to detail to facilitate solutions for our stakeholders. Reporting to the Chief Strategy Officer, this role is responsible for taking inputs from customers, the OTTO Team, and the broader Telehealth market and turning those inputs into technical requirements for the development team. These requirements will help drive our product forward and deliver a valued product to our partners and end-users.

Areas of Responsibility
- Become an expert in our product and how it is used by working collaboratively with OTTO team members, users, and prospective customers to gain insights into the product and user workflows.
- Gather, define, and document detailed product requirements, acting as the interpreter between business needs and development needs.
- Help to QA the product, in order to validate that functionalities meet your written requirements.
- Keep the sales, implementation, and account management teams up-to-date with thorough and user-friendly release notes for each new release.
- Work closely with the OTTO CSO and development lead to prioritize the product roadmap.
