The Role: Customer Success Program Analyst
You will work closely with the leadership team to develop a deeper understanding of the customer experience and drive the customer relationship management process at OTTO.
Your organizational, analytical, and relentless follow-up skills are key to your success. You will anticipate and coordinate customer needs, analyze experience and feedback, and carry forward insights to implement changes across internal teams.

Areas of Responsibility:
Coordination and Project Management
Development and Tracking of Key Metrics
Own and maintain reporting through Salesforce
Find actionable patterns within quantitative data and qualitative customer experiences
Change Management
Learn existing processes within the company in order to effectively improve them
Own internal projects and process changes from ideation to implementation
Set and meet objectives, resolve roadblocks, and manage competing priorities
Continuous Improvement
Refine and manage processes for long-term scalability
Identify and help develop new programs to support the Customer Relationship Management agenda
